Lawn is mowed weekly as needed. All drives, walks and beds are trimmed and blown free of clippings. Mower blades are changed daily to maximize turf health and appearance.
(Spring or Fall)
Due to heat stress, disease, or insect infestation, lawns may require renovation. A combination of aerating, thatching, soil application and nutrient amendments, along with reseeding can bring your entire lawn back to life.
(Best if done in Spring and Fall.)
Aerator removes plugs of soil from the lawn to allow air, water, and fertilizer to reach grass roots resulting in improved turf health and appearance. Plugs breakdown within 2-3 weeks.
Dethatching involves the removal of the matted layer of dead and decaying plant material between growing grass and the soil.
Pre & Post-Emergent Weed Killers
Pre-emergents are applied to the lawn, mulch beds and flower beds to prevent weed seed germination. Post-emergents are applied to any growing weed to terminate growth (i.e. driveways, walks, etc.).
Litter, trash, and debris are removed from grounds, paved areas, turf areas and planting beds. Expired vegetation is also cut and removed.
Leaves are removed from grounds, paved areas, turf areas and planting beds. Expired vegetation is also cut and removed. (Work may be completed in stages to avoid excess leaf build-up.)
For the customer who enjoys raking their own leaves but requires removal, we offer front street pickup.
